Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (virtual) of the Ontario Dental Hygienists’ Association (ODHA) will be held on:

PLACE: Online – you must register* by May 16, 2025 to attend

The purpose of this meeting is to:
- Approve minutes of the Annual General Meeting, held on May 26, 2023.
- Receive, consider and approve the financial statements* for the fiscal year ended December 31st, 2024, together with the auditor’s report thereon, and all transactions reflected thereby.
- Appoint auditors.
- Conduct such other business as shall properly come before the meeting.
* Please note the financial statements will be circulated at a later time.
If you can’t participate virtually in the meeting to vote, you may authorize another member to vote on your behalf by completing, signing and returning a proxy form to the ODHA office by May 21, 2025. The proxy form is available here.
